Your league name must match your Yahoo ID EXACTLY. If it is not exact, you will not be able to play league games or participate in tournaments. If your name is deemed offensive, the Admin staff may ask you to change in; not doing so will result in action being taken.
Provisional ID's are allowed to play in this league.
There is only to be one (1) account per league member. If you are found to have more than 1 league account, ALL names will be kicked.
Your email address must be kept current as this may be the only way to contact you.
Changing of league names is being kept to two (2) times per week. After that you will have to wait 7 days until cases allow you to change again. Admins of the league will not continuously change your ID for you.
The cue ball MUST be moved from its default position before breaking.
If the 8 ball is sunk from the break this is a automatic re-rack in ALL types of games, leagues and tourney.
If a solid and a stripe are both made from the break you may NOT take the ball in hand Yahoo offers. You choose either stripes or solids and shoot from the position the cue ball is at. Moving the cue ball will result is disqualification from a tourney, as well as being required to report a league loss, should it be a league game.
All league game losses are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You may NOT play in another league or tourney games until ALL loses are reported.
Please wait 24 hours should the situation of an opponent failing to report a league game, before sending in a unreported match.
ALL tourney timers will be 7 minutes, with the exception of 3 minutes for a bootem.
Show respect at all times to fellow members while either playing or watching league or tourney games. Disrespect to fellow league members will NOT be tolerated and may result in a boxing.
Coaching is NOT allowed with the exception of team tourneys in which case partners and ONLY partners may coach.
Do NOT take problems into the lobby; ALL problems are to be taken to a table and out of the lobby.
There is to be NO swearing the league lobby or at league/tourney tables.
Caps are required for TD's to run tournaments so they can be noticed easier. Please do NOT use caps within the lobby unless you are hosting a tourney.
Cheating is looked on with the up most severity. Anyone caught cheating will be penalized severely, if not booted and banned from the league. This includes rule breaking, aiming software, reporting false results.
Force forfeiting is NOT allowed, anyone caught force forfeiting a league member will be dealt with accordingly.
Aimer accusations will NOT be tolerated in the league. If you have any qualms with the way someone is playing or the way they go about there daily business, please bring it to an admins attention. Do NOT take it upon yourself to confront a suspected member.
Yahoo Glitches, they happen to all of use. Please play through them. While they are tough to get, neither the player nor the admin team are responsible for this occurring
League games are to be asked for in the lobby, ( lg anyone?) Please do NOT single out anyone when requesting a league game.
League and/or tourney games are to be played on rated, protected tables unless stated otherwise by the TD.
You may participate in more than 1 game at a time, be it a tourney or a league game.
Players will NOT be allowed to sit at training tables while they play league/tourney games.
You may play the same person up to ten (10) league games per day.
If you are to find yourself in the penalty box:
You may not play league games You may not play in any tournaments You may not represent Cue Masters in any interleague competitions If you are a TD, you may not host any tournaments
Re-racks are only allowed if the 8 is sunk on the break. The only exception is if during a tourney the 8 ball is put into a position that disallows either player to win.
Racing is allowed, however you may only race to a maximum of 5. Failure to follow the rule will result in the 2 members being penalised.
In order to put in a TD application you must have at least 50 league games on the ladder.
